Dr. Annie Purcell is a Redding native and 1995 graduate of Shasta High School. After completing her undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University and her medical residency at NYU, she moved back to Redding to open her private medical practice Redding Spine and Sports Medicine, where she worked for over 13 years.
Building and running her own medical practice ignited her passion as an entrepreneur and led her to start investing in real estate on the side. The long-term wealth building and tax benefits of real estate investing led her to leave medicine altogether and pursue real estate full time, both as an investor and asset manager, as well as an agent.
Specializing in investment properties and luxury homes, she thrives on guiding investors, buyers and sellers through their next big adventure. Her personal experience as an investor in multiple states and assets (single family homes, small multifamily properties, short term rentals and midterm rentals) gives her the unique background to help her clients find the right type of property to meet their individual investment objectives.
When she is not searching the local markets for the best deals, Dr. Purcell can be found watching her two boys play baseball and basketball or snowboarding with them at Mt. Shasta Ski Park. Her other favorite hobbies are being a personal development book junkie and spending time at her second home in Dunsmuir, chasing waterfalls.
