As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where our team steps in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager.

In 2021, I launched my real estate career after becoming a Certified Transaction Coordinator and working in a Law Office. My reputation amongst my peers is as a well-respected industry innovator and early adopter of social media and digital marketing for real estate. My team and I work hard to keep ahead of the curve, combining home styling with technology and forward-thinking.

I’ve spent two decades excelling in Client Experience and worked behind the scenes with many other real estate agents. My secret sauce is directness, transparency, attractive home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sound similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients.
